In the second years of the third millennium, 2002,
Patria Utama Humanindo have had more than 19 years of experience and operation in conducting
industrial training and consultancy. Our commitment is to support
our client's needs and their effort to maximize productivity through
personnel competency is still continuing. We set our goal and program
to meet the ever increasing demands and requirements in the industry
within the overall national development program.
The plans focus on the quality improvement and better presentation
to furnish our clients with more effective cost expense and availability
of training as well as consulting services. We will provide better
emphasize and concerns to need for "in-house courses". The
materials, schedule, and delivery will be tailored and customized
to our clients needs and requirements. We may also consider to provide
instructor for on the job training (OJT) need if requested. Our consulting

The Organization Structure
This year we have restructured our organization in order to back up
our products and services to meet the clients' need. It is our commitment
to work with our clients, to assist them in defining their needs and
identifying our products and services that can fulfill those needs.
Our organization is presently a matrix type, consisted of three components
:
Technical Engineering (Resources)
Supported by several professional engineer associations and reputable
educational institutes, this division will provide you the most comprehensive
training material available for technical professionals today. Our
products under this division include mechanical, instrumentation,
electrical, project and engineering courses. The environmental engineering
and evaluation study will also become our top priority to offer.
Support and Services(Program)
It has been our intention to assist our clients to define their training
needs in the fields of management, supervisory, language, safety and
occupational health and logistics, furthermore, it is to determine
which product and services would best answer your organization problems.
Our senior management consultants will do their best to find solution
and address to your needs. Finance and economics is being developed
in the division, especially related to oil and gas industry needs,
e.g.: oil and gas accounting systems, contractual economics, project
economics, finance and controlling, taxation etc.
Joint Courses and Engineering Consultants (Product)
The division manages exclusive courses in association with the international
training institutions from United Kingdom, United States of America,
Australia, and Canada. Petroleum and gas related courses and hazard
control workshops are among the courses we would present to our clients.
We are supported by qualified consultants with worldwide reputations
and experience and PT Arun as one of the biggest LNG plant.
